At Fresh Tracks Trekking & Photography, we take pride in having a team of highly skilled and experienced Sherpas who have spent their lives in the Everest region. Our Sherpas are native to the area and have an intimate knowledge of the terrain, weather patterns, and cultural significance of the places you'll be visiting. Our Sherpa guides have decades of experience leading treks in the Khumbu region, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Tyler Brooks

Tyler grew up in the Colorado Rockies and loves sharing his passion for the mountains and his passion for photography with guests that come along for the ride! He has traveled and photographed extensively around the world and has climbed many of Colorado's highest peaks.
Nawang Sherpa
Khumbu Valley Expert​
Nawang is from Lukla, Nepal and has over 20 years of guiding experience in the Nepalese Himalayas. He has been to Mt. Everest Base Camp over 100 times and has climbed many 6,000 meter (20,000 foot) peaks including Lobuche, Island Peak, Mera Peak and many more.

Tiger and Pasang own and operate a guesthouse in the small town of Phortse, on the way to Mt. Everest Base Camp. Additionally, Tiger has worked as a senior expedition guide and has led expeditions in Nepal and abroad for over 15 years. He has summited Mt. Everest twice. Kathmandu Event Coordinator
Rinku was born and raised in Kathmandu and has been in the tourism industry all her life. She is an expert in hospitality and plans all our trips out to perfection!
Pemba Tashi Sherpa
Mera Peak Ski Expert
Pemba has been guiding in Nepal since 2019, when he first climbed Mera Peak. Since then, he has led expeditions up Mt. Everest, Manaslu, Amadablam as well as K2, Nanga Parbat and other 8,000 meter peaks in Pakistan! We are lucky to have him be the local expert for skiing Mera Peak!
